Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship, the National GEM Consortium GEM Fellowship, and the Pacific Southwestern Region 9 UTC Fellowship. Jennings recently presented research at the 98th Transportation Research Board Conference in Washington DC. He also had a recent publishing on Recovering and Recycling Rollings Stocks in Railways applications based on research that he did in the United Kingdom. Currently De’Von is researching travel behavior and the effects that “Vehicle Miles Traveled” has on travel demand along with the equity issues that are caused by the changes.
