Earth’s Remedies is establishing connections with resource centers, community leaders, small businesses, families and other organizations to help build bridges where the community is divided. Developing the community requires adequate resources, activities and opportunities to within; however, disenfranchised communities are disproportionately targeted through housing discrimination and redlining.
Earth’s Remedies was founded on Earth Day of 2016, connecting scholars to free tutoring services and developmental resources. In 2020, we launched a Call To Action, ‘Save The West Side’, that fundraised more than $65k for 26 small, black and brown owned businesses enduring financial hardships during the pandemic.
